Circulating between Marseille and Istanbul, I came to realisation that these cities make one comprehend perhaps not intellectually but intuitively, that East and West are ultimately imaginary concepts, and can thereby be de-imagined and re-imagined. While constantly getting inspired by the people and places that I come across along the way, my mixes come as a contemporary remedy for those who face the excruciatingly warm feeling of home sickness. I usually mix Turkish electro-funk, 70s Turkish psychedelic rock or sometimes arabesque, depending on my mood swings, while always providing an eclectic journey and some mesSYyy transitions to the listener.
