morrolander invites lidl, an emerging DJ from Istanbul, to current's April 2024 edition. While the first half of the show is filled by morrolander with some bass, techno and breaks, picked among favourite 2024 releases so far, lidl starts on around 30 minutes mark with noisy Japanese tunes, gets a bit experimental, then moves towards 170 bpm with a bass-heavy flow. They blend some leftfield-bass and breaks with a variety of different flavors.

lidl plays violin, screams, and has been producing electroacoustic works since 2023. Their interest in experimental electronics, bass music, and DJing have grown over the past few years, and they are currently practicing sonic arts in general. They are also part of the na+CTRL art collective since 2023. They are drawn to exploring encounters in the unpredictable tapestry of existence through cut-up composition, programming, photography & collage.
